Having built a career across financial services, business ownership, and real estate investment, Conlon offers a distinctive viewpoint shaped by entrepreneurship, strategic expansion, and a dedication to opening doors for others. In his Executive Producer capacity, he becomes part of an exclusive cohort of leaders advancing Abundance Studios®’ goal to MAKE HOPE VISIBLE by producing films that motivate, teach, and generate tangible impact.
Over his professional journey, Conlon has founded and led thriving companies in various sectors. Following his law degree from the University of Minnesota, he made a name for himself in financial planning, expanding a broker-dealer from $1.6 million in revenue to over $40 million prior to a successful exit. He subsequently moved into real estate investing, with a concentration on affordable housing, amassing a collection of mobile home communities and multifamily housing assets.
Mike Conlon has now officially come on board as an Executive Producer with Abundance Studios®. Through his efforts at Affordable Communities Group and Affordable Housing Investment Specialists, Conlon has created housing possibilities while teaching investors about the significance and effect of affordable housing. His entrepreneurial outlook, investment know-how, and enthusiasm for generating lasting value will offer useful guidance as Abundance Studios® continues to craft films that inspire, inform, and drive meaningful transformation.
