Air Force vet Fatima Aisha’s TEMPTATIONS™ universe racks up 2026 festival nods and a w3 Silver Award

Independent storyteller Fatima Aisha, a U.S. Air Force veteran, is seeing her TEMPTATIONS™ universe gain serious traction in 2026, with a slate of festival nominations and industry awards now attached to both the feature film project and its companion digital series. The recognition signals growing momentum for a multi-platform narrative that has already expanded into published books and audio content.

Aisha, who created the TEMPTATIONS™ universe, announced the latest round of honors for the feature project and its digital content series. The feature screenplay has landed an Official Selection slot at the Atlanta Women's Film Festival for 2026, along with Official Nominee placements at both the Women's Film Festival and the Miami Women Film Festival in 2026. Additionally, the screenplay was named a Quarterfinalist in the Big Apple Film Festival Screenplay Competition for 2026.

On the digital side, the TEMPTATIONS™ content series earned a Silver Award in the Social Content Series (Student) category at the 2026 w3 Awards.

At the heart of TEMPTATIONS™ is a grounded ensemble family drama following Raheim, a nineteen-year-old striving to step up as the man of the house after his father's death. His efforts to control those closest to him collide with his brother's dangerous secret, his girlfriend's betrayal, and his mother's buried past, creating a tense family dynamic that drives the narrative.

"TEMPTATIONS™ was never just about one story. It's about the choices we make, the families we come from, and the things we carry from one generation to the next. Every character has a story worth telling, and I'm building a universe where those stories can continue," said Fatima Aisha, founder of Levels & Volumes Entertainment LLC.

The TEMPTATIONS™ universe currently spans four published books:

  • TEMPTATIONS™: Raheim Part I: The Book of Raheim
  • TEMPTATIONS™: Raheim Part II: What Denise Did
  • TEMPTATIONS™: Malik's Moves: Book 3 of the TEMPTATIONS™ Universe
  • Before She Was Mama: A TEMPTATIONS™ Prequel

The original three-book series is joined by the separately published prequel, with audio storytelling available through Spotify and YouTube, along with additional digital storytelling content.

The feature screenplay's copyright registration application was filed with the U.S. Copyright Office on October 22, 2026, and the registration is currently pending.

A planned short film, KNUCKLES, a TEMPTATIONS™ Story, is designed to serve as a proof of concept for the feature. It has been submitted to the Shore Scripts Fall 2026 Short Film Fund, though the short film has not yet entered production.

TEMPTATIONS™ is developed by Levels & Volumes Entertainment LLC, a Texas-based independent entertainment company working across publishing, audio storytelling, digital media, film, and television. The company is actively seeking conversations with producers, production companies, and creative partners.

TEMPTATIONS™ | Raheim — Everyone Sees the Anger | Character Spotlight

Why it matters: With a multi-book literary foundation, an expanding audio presence, and now a growing list of festival and industry accolades, TEMPTATIONS™ is positioning itself as a cross-platform independent franchise worth watching. The pending screenplay copyright and planned short film suggest Aisha is methodically building toward a feature production, making this a project to track for those interested in independent film and diverse family storytelling.
