Thailand Content Market 2026 Puts the Nation’s Content Sector in the Global Spotlight, with a Goal of Surpassing THB 2 Billion in Trade Value

Marking the country’s first all-encompassing global trade fair for the content and creative fields, Thailand Content Market 2026 will unite over 300 companies from content producers, IP holders, financiers, purchasers, distributors, and creative enterprises spanning film, TV series, animation, games, character licensing, digital publishing, art toys, board games, and other related creative industries. The gathering is anticipated to draw more than 300 buyers and investors from over 28 nations, generating substantial prospects for global commerce, investment, and strategic alliances.

A central feature of the occasion involves merging two of Thailand’s premier international business forums under the Thailand Content Market banner. Bangkok International Digital Content Festival 2026 (BIDC 2026) makes a comeback as the nation’s foremost digital content business platform, resulting from cooperation between DITP and five Thai digital content industry associations. This year’s iteration showcases 89 Thai enterprises and 80 international buyers from across the globe, aiming to arrange more than 550 business matching sessions in the animation, gaming, character licensing, and digital content sectors.

Concurrently, the Creative Economy Agency (CEA) will showcase Bangkok International Content Market 2026 (BICM 2026), Thailand’s inaugural global trade platform focused exclusively on the film and television industry. BICM will assemble over 400 Thai and international firms, along with the BICM Pitching & Awards, highlighting more than 55 film and series projects from Thailand, the Asia-Pacific region, and international partner networks. The program offers creators chances to present directly to investors, producers, broadcasters, streaming services, and distributors, opening doors for co-productions, funding, and worldwide distribution.

Over the three-day event, Thailand Content Market 2026 is projected to enable more than 1,000 business matching meetings, backed by the involvement of leading

companies from both Thailand and overseas, such as Epic Games, Warner Bros. Discovery, Mono Streaming, Kantana Group, White Light Studio, Matching Maximize Solution, GMMTV, True CJ Creations, M Studio, Netflix, and iQIYI International (Thailand). Their involvement highlights Thailand’s expanding role as a regional hub for the content and creative industries and a gateway for international business prospects.

In addition to its business-focused agenda, Thailand Content Market 2026 will feature a variety of activities for the general public, including seminars led by global industry experts, character fan meet events, hands-on workshops, and creative inspiration sessions. By uniting commerce, creativity, and consumers on a single platform, the event underscores Thailand’s goal of becoming Asia’s Content Industry Hub while fostering sustainable economic value through the expansion of its content and creative sectors.

Thailand Content Market 2026 will be held from 20–22 July 2026 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), Bangkok. Entry is free. For additional details and registration, please visit thailandcontentmarket.com.
