The International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) will recognize Milton Bartley during their Annual Awards Gala in New York City at the Plaza Hotel
NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, August 27, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP), a premier global professional organization renowned for its highly regarded annual awards gala and stringent selection process, is delighted to announce that Milton Bartley, Co-Founder and CEO of ImageQuest as well as Secretary & Treasurer of the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation, has been chosen as the Top Community Impact Leader of the Year for 2026 by IAOTP. This honor recognizes his exceptional leadership, devotion, and unwavering commitment to aiding others and generating a meaningful difference within his community.
Being named an award recipient by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) is a significant achievement; only a small number of outstanding professionals earn this prestigious membership annually. Honorees are selected based on professional excellence, academic achievements, leadership abilities, tenure in their industry, relevant affiliations, and contributions to their communities. All recipients are invited to attend IAOTP’s end-of-year awards gala, a celebration dedicated to acknowledging the accomplishments of these top professionals.
Milton Bartley’s dedication to community impact shines through his work with the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation, where he has held the role of Secretary & Treasurer since 2019. This foundation focuses on assisting families affected by Glutaric Aciduria Type 1 (GA-1) and other organic acidemias. GA-1 is a rare inherited metabolic disorder where the body cannot effectively break down certain amino acids, potentially leading to a harmful accumulation of organic acids and serious neurological issues. Through the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation, Milton helps families by providing food, vitamins, necessary supplements, and emotional support, while also working to increase awareness of these uncommon metabolic conditions.
A major goal of the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation is advocating for comprehensive expanded newborn screening across all 50 states. Early identification of GA-1 and other organic acidemias allows children to receive appropriate treatment and nutritional management before a metabolic crisis occurs. The foundation also works to educate the public about metabolic disorders and to encourage insurance providers to acknowledge the importance of specialized foods and nutritional supplements for children living with these conditions. Milton’s involvement underscores his commitment to employing his leadership and resources to assist families confronting challenges that can deeply affect their lives.
Beyond his philanthropic endeavors, Milton has established a notable career in technology and cybersecurity. He co-founded ImageQuest in 2007 and continues to serve as its Chief Executive Officer, managing the company day-to-day as it has evolved into a leading managed IT and cybersecurity advisory firm, serving clients nationwide. Alongside running the business, he works directly with clients as a virtual CISO and advisor, offering expertise in cybersecurity, IT compliance, governance, and risk management for banks and other regulated organizations, backed by ImageQuest’s managed IT services. Throughout his career, Milton has remained focused on staying ahead of the rapidly changing cybersecurity landscape and assisting organizations in developing proactive strategies to safeguard their businesses and sensitive data.
Under Milton’s leadership, ImageQuest has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 four times. He believes that building and growing a successful enterprise requires a dedicated team, innovative thinking, and a readiness to tackle difficult challenges. This philosophy has guided his professional achievements while also influencing his approach to community service and leadership.
Milton’s dedication to giving back extends beyond the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation. He previously served as President of the Board of Directors of High Hopes Development Center in Franklin, Tennessee, and continues to act as an advisor. High Hopes is a nonprofit organization focused on equipping children and youth with the skills they need to succeed through education, rehabilitation, and compassionate support. Milton also serves as President of the Board of Directors of InfraGard Middle Tennessee, further demonstrating his commitment to strengthening the communities and professional organizations he serves.
Milton started his undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech in 1987. After two years, he left school to enlist in the U.S. Army, deploying with an infantry unit during Operation Desert Storm, where he received the Bronze Star and Combat Infantryman Badge, and was promoted to Sergeant. He returned to Virginia Tech on an Army Green to Gold scholarship to finish his degree, and during that period was involved with the Corps of Cadets, Student Leadership Council, Army ROTC, and the German Club. He was commissioned as an officer upon graduating in 1994 and served additional time on active duty before moving to civilian life. Milton later earned his MBA from Xavier University in 2002. His military and educational experiences, paired with his professional accomplishments and commitment to service, have shaped a career defined by innovation, responsibility, and community engagement.
Throughout his distinguished career, Milton Bartley has received numerous awards, accolades, and recognition for his outstanding leadership, professional dedication, and community contributions. Most recently, he was named Top Community Impact Leader of the Year for 2026 by IAOTP and will be honored for this achievement at the organization’s Annual Awards Gala at the famous Plaza Hotel in New York City this December.
Stephanie Cirami, President of IAOTP, stated, “It is always an honor to recognize individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. Milton Bartley exemplifies the qualities we look for in an IAOTP honoree through his professional accomplishments, philanthropic efforts, and dedication to supporting families affected by rare metabolic disorders. His work with the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation, combined with his leadership in technology and cybersecurity, reflects his passion for service and positive community impact. We are proud to honor Milton for his achievements and look forward to celebrating him at this year’s IAOTP Annual Awards Gala.”
