The biggest official ONE PIECE merchandise store ever is scheduled to launch its first American location at Westfield Century City in the fall of 2026
NAKANO-KU, TOKYO, JAPAN, August 24, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Toei Animation Co., Ltd. has announced it will open ONE PIECE MUGIWARA STORE Los Angeles, an authorized merchandise outlet for the globally adored anime series ONE PIECE, at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles during fall 2026.
Eiichiro Oda’s ONE PIECE manga first appeared in Weekly Shonen Jump’s issue 34 on July 22, 1997. The series reached 25 years of uninterrupted serialization in July 2022. The anime adaptation premiered on Fuji TV in Japan in 1999 and marked its own 25th anniversary in 2024. Since April 2026, the anime has been broadcasting the Elbaph Arc.
As the largest official ONE PIECE merchandise store, ONE PIECE MUGIWARA STORE is making its United States debut. The Los Angeles location, slated to open at Westfield Century City in fall 2026, will offer a broad assortment of products, including items exclusive to that location and merchandise featuring original animation artwork.
Exclusive to the Los Angeles store is the “Surfer Chopper” design. This special illustration depicts Chopper riding ocean waves, capturing the open, breezy atmosphere associated with Los Angeles. The store will carry merchandise featuring this artwork that is available only at that location. Original in-store video content is currently being developed. The store is designed to let visitors shop while fully immersed in the ONE PIECE world, creating an experience meant to be enjoyed repeatedly.
