Rakuten Viki’s newest original K-drama weaves together romance, body-swapping, and high-stakes time travel in a quest to save a first love.
SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA, October 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Rakuten Viki, the premier worldwide platform for Asian content, will debut its latest original K-drama Dive Into You on September 26, featuring Kim Ji Yeon, Park Seo Ham, Jang Se Hyuk, and Moon Seung You.
Combining romance, fantasy, and time travel, Dive Into You presents an intense narrative about first love and fresh opportunities. The plot follows top celebrity Yoon Ha Na (Kim Ji Yeon) and her twin sibling, Yoon Ha Ru (Jang Se Hyuk), who realize they can go back in time using an old camcorder. The pair leaps through different eras to alter history and bring back Jung Woo Jae (Park Seo Ham), Ha Na’s first love who died while shielding her.
Motivated by the desire to rescue Woo Jae, Ha Na goes back to her adolescent years. The drama emphasizes the difference between her current existence as a veteran superstar and her former self as a young 10-year-old student, illustrating how decisions from the past affect the present.
Going back in time introduces another difficulty, as Ha Na must accomplish this while inhabiting her twin brother’s body. This swap leads to cases of mistaken identity and unforeseen scenarios while she attempts to reshape a future she is already familiar with.
The deep connection between Ha Na and Woo Jae serves as the emotional foundation of the show. With a long history rooted in childhood friendship and first romance, their bond encounters fresh obstacles as Ha Na and Ha Roo hurry to change fate—showing that knowing what lies ahead does not make escaping destiny simple.
For Viki, Dive Into You also represents its ongoing dedication to original Asian narratives and delivering these stories to viewers worldwide.
