Jeremy Renner—an Academy Award-nominated actor, producer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist—established the RennerVation Foundation to deliver meaningful experiences and sustained support for foster youth and at-risk young people. During race week, the foundation will take part in selected activities, connect with spectators, and spread awareness about its mission and community initiatives.
"Racing brings together people who push limits and look out for each other, and that's exactly the spirit RennerVation Foundation was built on," said Jeremy Renner. "I'm really excited to be introducing RennerVation to this community and get to share the work we do. This is a group that shows up, and that's exactly what these kids need."
Beyond serving as the event's Official Charity, the RennerVation Foundation is rolling out its "Miles That Matter" campaign, which calls on the off-road racing community to help sponsor each mile of the 30th Anniversary Casey Folks Vegas to Reno. With over 300 teams anticipated to cover roughly 500 miles apiece, the objective is to raise sponsorship for more than 150,000 total race miles across Nevada.
Those who wish to support can donate $20 to sponsor a single mile, with each contribution aiding RennerVation Foundation's programs for foster and at-risk youth—including Camp RennerVation and Pave Your Way. Fans, race teams, sponsors, and industry partners are urged to spread the word about the campaign and invite their networks to get involved. Anyone backing a specific team can include that team's name in the dedication field when making a donation.

Unlimited Off-Road Racing is joining forces with Visit Reno Tahoe to welcome competitors, enthusiasts, and industry players to Reno as the city hosts the milestone 30th Anniversary celebration, after which the race heads south across Nevada for the inaugural Vegas to Reno "The Other Way."
Jeremy Renner will additionally act as Grand Marshal for the 30th Anniversary event and is expected to compete in the race driving a Ford Raptor, further amplifying visibility for the RennerVation Foundation and its mission.
"We're honored to welcome the RennerVation Foundation as the Official Charity of this historic event," said Unlimited Off-Road Racing CEO Matt Martelli. "Off-road racing has always been about community, perseverance, and giving back. Partnering with Jeremy, Kym, and the entire RennerVation Foundation team allows us to use the platform of Vegas to Reno to make a meaningful impact beyond the racecourse. We encourage every racer, team, sponsor, and fan to support the Miles That Matter campaign and help us turn every mile raced into an opportunity for Nevada's foster youth."
Launched in 2023 by Jeremy and Kym Renner, the RennerVation Foundation concentrates on generating opportunities for foster youth and young adults who are aging out of the foster care system, using innovative programs aimed at building confidence, a sense of belonging, and long-term success.
Fans attending race week can meet Jeremy Renner and members of the RennerVation Foundation team at the Reno Off-Road Festival on Thursday, August 13, along with other appearances scheduled throughout the weekend.
For thirty years, the Casey Folks Vegas to Reno has held the distinction of being the longest point-to-point off-road race in the United States and one of the premier desert racing events worldwide. The 2026 edition celebrates the race's 30th Anniversary and marks the first time competitors will tackle the legendary course in reverse, giving rise to the historic "The Other Way" edition.
Race week starts Wednesday, August 12, with registration, technical inspection, and pre-race festivities, followed by hundreds of competitors racing more than 500 miles across the Nevada desert.
