As part of a multi-year deal, Limos4 will assume responsibility for planning guest transportation, dispatch, and on-site coordination at ZFF starting in 2026.

A good limousine service is the starting point of every festival experience for all stars and guests of the ZFF. That is why we are pleased to have found the right premium partner with Limos4.”— Christian Jungen, CEO, Zurich Film Festival

The Swiss-based chauffeured transport company has been appointed an Official Cooperation Partner of the Zurich Film Festival through a two-year pact. For the festival’s 22nd edition, scheduled from September 24 to October 4, 2026, the firm will oversee chauffeur-driven ground transportation for attendees across the 11-day event.

Limos4 will handle the scheduling and dispatch of roughly 1,500 chauffeured trips, coordinating around 30 vehicles and as many as 70 drivers. The company will act as the sole operational hub for all festival ground transportation.

The two parties have directly linked their systems, so any updates made in the festival’s guest management platform automatically flow into dispatch without manual re-entry. When flights are delayed, green-carpet events run longer than expected, or guests are added to last-minute engagements, both teams operate from the same current information.

During the festival, Limos4 will offer live tracking, on-site coordination, and backup capacity from a dedicated control desk, along with daily operational reports to the ZFF team.

“A good limousine service is the starting point of every festival experience for all stars and guests of the ZFF. That is why we are pleased to have found the right premium partner with Limos4,” said Christian Jungen, CEO of the Zurich Film Festival. “We are very much looking forward to working with the team of Vojkan Tasic, who share our entrepreneurial mindset.”

“As Limos4 grew, I watched ZFF become one of Europe’s most distinctive cultural events. To stand alongside the festival now as an official partner carries particular meaning for me and is a proud reflection of what our team has made possible,” said Dr. Vojkan Tasic, Founder and CEO of Limos4.

The collaboration highlights Limos4’s broader event transportation approach, which encompasses pre-event planning, real-time operational oversight, on-site coordination, reserve capacity, and post-service reporting, all supported by proprietary technology and round-the-clock in-house assistance.
