RennerVation Foundation wins 2027 Noble Deeds pro bono marketing partnership

Pave Your Way Move-In Day

Co-founded by siblings Jeremy and Kym Renner, the Nevada nonprofit receives a year of pro bono marketing support to meet growing demand for its youth programs

A Nevada charity that has spent less than three years building programs for foster youth is about to get a major boost in getting its story out. RennerVation Foundation has been named the 2027 recipient of Noble Deeds, a yearlong pro bono partnership through which Noble Studios will lend its brand and performance marketing expertise to help the nonprofit reach more supporters, strengthen fundraising and widen opportunities for the young people it serves.

The selection comes as demand for the foundation’s programs continues to climb among children in foster care and young adults transitioning to independence.

In under three years, RennerVation Foundation has built a striking track record. Its Pave Your Way program, which offers case management and independent living support to young people ages 16 to 24, saw 100% of participants maintain stable housing for at least six months, and every participant with an employment goal landed a job. Meanwhile, the foundation’s free, trauma-informed Camp RennerVation served more than 200 children and teens in 2026, with demand outpacing available space in both its youth and teen sessions. Those results, according to the organization, show both the strength of its programs and the potential to reach further through greater awareness and support.

“Our programs have grown so much in a short time, and we’re seeing firsthand the difference they make in these kids’ lives,” said Kym Renner, president and CEO of RennerVation Foundation. “Right now, we have kids on our waitlists who need support. This partnership will give us the opportunity to share our story in a way that really shows the impact we’re making and offer these incredible opportunities to even more young people.”

The need is partly a matter of resources: the foundation currently operates on an annual marketing budget of just $7,500. Noble saw a chance to build on RennerVation’s success by helping it reach more supporters, strengthen fundraising efforts and ultimately serve more young people. Over the coming year, Noble’s team will work alongside the foundation to strengthen its brand, expand its digital presence and develop campaigns that connect donors with the real impact of its programs.

“The ultimate aspiration here is clearing that waitlist,” said Season Lopiccolo, COO and co-founder of Noble. “RennerVation is already doing incredible work with very limited marketing resources. We have an opportunity to bring what we do best to an organization that’s making a real difference in kids’ lives. That’s what Noble Deeds is all about. It’s not just about donating our time and talent. It’s about using them to create meaningful change, and I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together.”

Noble Deeds launched in 2013, and since then Noble Studios has contributed nearly $2 million in pro bono marketing services to nonprofit organizations. What started as a commitment to giving back has evolved into a program that applies the agency’s professional expertise on behalf of organizations driving meaningful change. RennerVation Foundation joins past recipients including the SPCA of Northern Nevada, Green Our Planet, Communities In Schools of Nevada and Life Is Worth It. The program expanded to Noble’s Bristol, UK office in 2022, and in 2025 the US team opened it to nonprofits nationwide. In 2019, Reno’s mayor officially designated April 10 as Noble Deeds Day.

Why it matters
RennerVation’s numbers — full housing stability and job placement for Pave Your Way participants, and more than 200 campers served in 2026 — suggest its programs work, yet a $7,500 annual marketing budget leaves children on waitlists. The Noble Deeds partnership tests whether professional marketing muscle, rather than new program dollars, can be the lever that clears those waitlists and extends proven services to more foster youth.
