Ellen Datlow requires no introduction—she is a celebrated, multi‑award‑winning horror editor with more than forty years in the industry. Her latest releases comprise Night & Day (from Saga Doubles), Lovecraft's Brood: Nineteen Tales of Cosmic Horror, and the forthcoming All Hallows Eve and Best Horror of the Year, Volume Eighteen.
“I had such a great time editing my original anthology Supernatural Noir way back in 2011 that I’ve been yearning to edit a second volume of stories on the theme,” Ellen says. “Happily, R. B. This invitation‑only volume brings together tales that fuse noir sensibilities with horror themes, and will include contributions from Rachel Harrison, Clay McLeod Chapman, George Sandison, Nick Mamatas, Dana Cameron, and others.

About Ellen Datlow
Ellen Datlow has been editing SF/F/H short fiction for more than four decades. She currently acquires short stories and novellas for Reactor, Tor.com, and Nightfire. She has edited numerous anthologies for adults, young adults, and children, including The Best Horror of the Year annual series, and most recently Night & Day, a two‑part horror anthology modeled after the Ace Doubles, the reprint anthology Lovecraft’s Brood: Nineteen Tales of Cosmic Horror, and All Hallows Eve. She’s won multiple awards and was named recipient of the 2007 Karl Edward
Wagner Award, given at the British Fantasy Awards for “outstanding contribution to the genre,” the Lifetime Achievement Award given by the Horror Writers Association, and the World Fantasy Life Achievement Award at the 2014 World Fantasy Convention.
