Peter M. Hoffman is a seasoned entertainment executive, producer, attorney, and writer whose career has bridged the worlds of Hollywood, commerce, and law for over forty years. Educated at Yale as a lawyer, he held the positions of President and CEO at Carolco Pictures during its peak, guiding major hits such as Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Basic Instinct, and Total Recall. As the founder and CEO of Seven Arts Entertainment, he was responsible for producing and funding acclaimed movies like The Believer, Rules of Engagement, Johnny Mnemonic, and Stander. Currently, Hoffman continues to advise filmmakers and producers while imparting the knowledge gained from his distinguished career in his memoir, Karmic Winds, an honest exploration of ambition, achievement, resilience, and atonement.
